Authentic &
Accessible Nonprofit Support
You've got an important mission: make the world a better place.
What isn't part of the mission is getting bogged down by complex projects or hours spent trying to make your systems work for you rather than against you.
On top of it all, you've got members and clients who all deserve authentic care and attention.
Don't worry. I've got your back.

I'm Kim, and I'm ready to help you tackle your next big project, meeting, or event.
I've served nonprofits small and large over nearly 2 decades of service in the arts, culture, and education sectors.

My background as an educator and theatre artist gives me the unique interpersonal and technical skills to tackle complex projects and design challenges. Since COVID upended everything I thought I knew about life and work, I've operated under a new philosophy: I'll say YES to the projects that bring me joy, uplift others, and help make our world a more just place. Please reach out if I can be of assistance!
Professionally, I've worked as a camp director, high school teacher, adjunct instructor, school administrator, technology specialist, and as an executive director of a national camp association. Whew! Beyond my professional experience, I've also help start two nonprofits, including a community radio station that's still going strong.
I hold a BA in Theatre from Hunter College CUNY. I completed my M.Litt. in Shakespeare and Performance from Mary Baldwin University, where I was an advocate for the adoption of Practice-Based Research methodologies. I studied education at the University of Richmond and University of Virginia at Wise. I've trained as a Sociocracy governance facilitator and published a children's book. Did I mention I'm a techie, too? I can also manage your CRM, update your DNS records, and troubleshoot your Google Workspace issues.
